Recipe: Cream Cheese-Filled Bagel Balls

100% inspired by those bantam bagels from Starbucks. I actually found a similar recipe online from a website called skinnytaste! Just in case you aren’t a fan of my recipe LOL

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup AP flour

  • 1.5 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2/3 cups greek yogurt

  • 1/3 pack of cream cheese

  • 1 egg (beaten)

  • EBTB topping

Method:

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Mix in yogurt

  3. Knead until well combined

  4. Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces

  5. Roll a piece of dough into a ball and then flatten the ball to a disk about the size of a dumpling skin (slightly over 3” diameter)

  6. Add 1/8 of the cream cheese to center of dough disk

  7. Wrap up the cream cheese in the dough disk

  8. Make sure it’s sealed well!

  9. Dip top in egg wash

  10. Sprinkle EBTB on!

  11. Oil the air fryer and place the balls in so they don’t touch

  12. Air fry for 15 minutes on 325F
